Privacy notice
This notice explains how One Stop Build & Landscaping (Rob Johnson, 33 Hunters Way, Edenbridge, TN8 6GB) uses personal information sent through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, town or postcode, the service you are interested in and your message.
How we use it
Your enquiry is saved in the website's database and emailed to Rob so he can reply, discuss your project and prepare a quote. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Who handles it
The website, its database and the enquiry email service are provided by our hosting provider, which processes the data on our behalf. If your project involves a colleague from our network, for example for windows or guttering, Rob will only share the details needed for that work, and will tell you first.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded content such as the map on the contact page is provided by Google and may set its own cookies when it loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with your project and any follow-up, and delete them when they are no longer required.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected] or call 07947 331314. If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
