Coordinated Exterior Installations
Double Glazing in Edenbridge, Coordinated Through Trusted Colleagues
Replacement double-glazed windows and doors, arranged through trusted installers in Rob's network.
Coordinated service. This work is carried out by trusted professional colleagues from Rob's network, not by the One Stop Build team directly. Rob is your point of contact and can coordinate it with any other work on your property.
Replacement double glazing can make a home warmer, quieter and easier to secure. It is also a job that sits neatly alongside other work: an extension, internal alterations or a new porch often prompts new windows elsewhere.
One Stop Build & Landscaping does not install glazing itself. Instead, Rob coordinates double glazing through professional installers he works with, so you have one familiar contact across your project.
How coordinated work is delivered
This service is carried out by trusted professional colleagues from Rob's network rather than by the One Stop Build team directly. Rob is your first point of contact: he discusses what you need, introduces the right specialist, and can coordinate their visit around any building or landscaping work he is doing for you.
Quotations, product guarantees and any certification for the installation are provided by the specialist who carries out the work. Ask them for details of registrations and guarantees before you go ahead.
Things to discuss with the installer
- Frame material: uPVC, aluminium or timber
- Energy rating and glass specification
- Opening styles, security locks and trickle vents
- Colour and finish to suit the house
- Whether any windows need safety glass or fire escape openings
Building regulations
Replacement windows in England must meet building regulations for energy efficiency, safety and ventilation. This is usually shown by using an installer registered with a competent person scheme such as FENSA or Certass, who can self-certify the work, or by applying to building control. Keep the certificate: you will need it when you sell.
